This letter is to inform you of the capabilities of Green Bay Gear Works, Inc. We are a full service machine shop, specializing in the cutting of gears, sprockets, and pulleys. We are capable of cutting the following items in the following sizes:

Gears:

3-48 diametral pitch in both 14.5^o and 20^o pressure angle, 1” to 24” O.D.

0.125-0.5 circular pitch in both 14.5^o and 20^o pressure angle, 1” to 24” O.D.

1 - 6 module in 20^o pressure angle, 1” to 24” O.D.

18^o helix angle printing gears for ¼”CP and 10 DP in 14.5^o PA & 10mmCP in 20^o PA

Sprockets:

0.25 - 1.5 inch pitch , 1” to 24” O.D.

Pulleys:

0.200, 0.375, 0.500, and 0.875 inch pitch, 1” to 24” O.D. (XL, L, H, and XH)

5mm, 8mm, and 14mm HTD pulleys, 1” to 24” O.D.

8mm and 14mm Gates Poly-Chain GT pulleys

5mm AT, 5mm T, 10mm T

In addition to the pitches listed above, we have access to many others, and can provide a quick turn-around on all items, if needed.

In addition to being a full service gear shop, we also are a full service job shop, and have the turning capabilities of a Clausing Colchester 15”x50” engine lathe with taper capabilities, and a W&S 20” turret lathe. In July of 2004, we installed a Mori Seiki CL-253B CNC lathe, which will turn up to 17.7” OD. We also have a 2-axis CNC knee mill for simple milling jobs and can cut keyways to 1” wide. We stock 1144 steel to 10” o.d., and also have a vast selection of plastics and phenolics in the building, allowing us to fulfill your needs as soon as possible.
